# D3 — R-691: the kept view reads a folder another user owns; its name follows the language

Decision (CC unattended, `07` §6.5): the file browser joins the OWNING GROUP of a group-readable kept folder (`group_add`;
|
|
never gid 0, never its own 1000); binds stay `:ro`; nothing on disk changes. A language switch re-syncs the file browser.
|
|
Tests `TestR691_KeptReadGroups`, `TestR691_ALanguageSwitchResyncsTheFileBrowser`, red-proofed (`RP-r691.txt`).
|

NOT live-proven: no nextcloud kept folder existed on 9202 this session. NOT built: (2) Load from the off-site copy.
