D3 — R-691: the kept view reads a folder another user owns; its name follows the language
Decision (CC unattended, 07 §6.5): the file browser joins the OWNING GROUP of a group-readable kept folder (group_add;
never gid 0, never its own 1000); binds stay :ro; nothing on disk changes. A language switch re-syncs the file browser.
Tests TestR691_KeptReadGroups, TestR691_ALanguageSwitchResyncsTheFileBrowser, red-proofed (RP-r691.txt).
NOT live-proven: no nextcloud kept folder existed on 9202 this session. NOT built: (2) Load from the off-site copy.
