Tests TestR695_QueuedSyncsCoalesceIntoOne (6 requests → 2 syncs; a later request is never dropped) and
TestR695_AnEmptyDatedKeptFolderIsNeverListed; both red-proofed (RP-r695.txt). Not reproduced live (the original was a
same-second race).
