legal+marketing: privacy notice 1.1 (the domain registration) and a tester kit
The first real tester answered on Prohardver today. His domain is bought in his
name (terms 1.1 §4), so his name, address, e-mail and phone leave this house -
and the privacy notice did not say so. Now it does, before the purchase.

Operator rulings, asked before the work and recorded in CONTEXT.md:
- Registrar for a tester's .hu domain: Nethely Kft.
- The tester's zone lives in FELHOM's Cloudflare account during the test. This
is what the build already assumed (day0-install A.1 + the one-zone token guard
of 01 §7 / R-138 option C) and nothing had recorded it; it answers open point 9
  of the privacy draft.

Privacy notice 1.1:
- New §10 "A domained regisztrációja": exactly the four fields the .hu
Domainregisztrációs Szabályzat §1.2.2.1 requires of a natural person (the
optional mother's name, birth date and ID number are NOT asked for), by e-mail,
to Nethely and the .hu registry (both named with seats), why, how long, and
what is public - a natural person shows as "Természetes személy" only.
- It also states whose Cloudflare account holds the zone and that the domain
moves to the tester's own account when he leaves.
- §11 (recipients) gained the two new names: a recipients list that omits two
recipients is wrong. That is the one change beyond the new section.
- 1.0 -> 1.1 diff: the only removed/changed lines are the record's title and
derived-on date, the version line, and four renumbered headings.

marketing/testers/kit/: five files + README, Hungarian, first person. Questions
about the machine and the net (each traced to day0-install Part B or the FAQ),
the domain data request, the tester's acceptance e-mail (no domain purchase
before it arrives), the welcome e-mail with the recovery-code warning, and the
operator's own step list. No personal data in any of it - placeholders only.

Also: EMAIL-privacy-1.1.md for the existing testers, the legal README pointing at
the 1.1 records, and one plural verb the voice sweep missed in the FAQ.

# Legal texts — the closed-test set IS published; the rest are drafts. NOT legal advice.
**Status, 2026-10-09: the closed-test set is LIVE.** On the operator's ruling of 2026-10-09 — *no
company exists yet; publish a closed-test set now; the full ÁSZF, the impresszum and the lawyer's
review wait for the company and the first paying customer* — two pages went onto the website:
| Published | Live at | Source of record |
|---|---|---|
| Privacy notice | <https://felhom.eu/adatkezeles> | **`adatkezelesi-tajekoztato-1.1.md`** (1.0 kept as history) |
| Closed-test terms | <https://felhom.eu/feltetelek> | **`feltetelek-1.1.md`** (1.0 kept as history) |
The `…-1.1.md` files are **derived from the published HTML** so the record cannot drift from the
page. **Version history:** terms 1.1 added §4 (the domain) on 2026-10-10; privacy notice 1.1 added §10 (the
domain registration: which data goes to the registrar and the .hu registry, and that the zone sits in
Felhom's Cloudflare account during the test) on 2026-10-12, before the first tester's domain was bought. Every page of the website now links both in its footer, and the contact form's consent text was
replaced with the honest one.
**Still not published and still pending the lawyer (R-802):** the full ÁSZF, the impresszum (it needs
company data that does not exist) and any English translation of the legal texts.
**Not legal advice.** These texts were written by an AI assistant from the system's own documents.
A lawyer decides what is legally required, what legal basis applies, and what the final text says.
They were published **before** that review, deliberately, on the operator's ruling above.
**Status of the drafts: first drafts, written 2026-10-08 by Claude Code on the operator's request
(Part E of that night's brief). Pending lawyer review.**
These files are working drafts for register rows **R-813** (the website collects personal data but
publishes no privacy notice, no terms and no imprint — owner: operator) and **R-802** (the lawyer's
review before the first paying customer — owner: operator). The wider set of business papers
(customer contract, data-processing agreement, billing) is the intention **R-809** in
`documentation/backlog/ROADMAP.md`.
| File | What it is |
|---|---|
| `adatkezelesi-tajekoztato-1.0.md` | **PUBLISHED** — the privacy notice as it stands on the website |
| `feltetelek-1.0.md` | **PUBLISHED** — the closed-test terms as they stand on the website |
| `DRAFT-aszf.md` | Általános Szerződési Feltételek — a structured skeleton; business terms are placeholders |
| `DRAFT-adatkezelesi-tajekoztato.md` | Adatkezelési tájékoztató — built from the architecture documents and the code, each line cited |
| `DRAFT-impresszum.md` | Impresszum — placeholders only |
| `DRAFT-kapcsolat-hozzajarulas.md` | A proposed replacement for the contact form's consent text, and the link it should carry |
## Rules for these drafts
- **Not legal advice.** Written by an AI assistant from the system's own documents. A lawyer decides
what is legally required, what legal basis applies, and what the final text says.
- **Every fact the operator must supply is a visible placeholder** like `[[CÉGNÉV]]`. Nothing is
invented. `[[ELLENŐRIZNI]]` marks a fact the code and the documents do not state.
- **The privacy notice is true to the system, not to a template.** Each line carries an HTML comment
`<!-- source: path:line -->`. If the system changes (a new processor, a new retention), the notice
must change with it.
- **Nothing is published until the operator says so.** Publishing means a website change (`website/`
is served from `main` by git-sync), a link from every page footer, and the contact form's consent
text replaced. All three were done on 2026-10-09 **for the closed-test set only**, on the operator's
word. The ÁSZF and the impresszum are still unpublished, and the rule still holds for them.
- Each draft ends with the list of points the lawyer must check and every point where the draft had
to guess.
