New page pair /teszteles + /en/testing: who the closed test is for, what a
tester needs (machine + internet quoted verbatim from the FAQ, plus a domain),
what they get (terms section 3, nothing new), what we ask for, and how many
places there are. Every "Jelentkezem tesztelonek" button now goes there.
Operator rulings 2026-10-10, recorded in CONTEXT.md:
D1 - the tester's domain is in the TESTER'S OWN name; Felhom pays its fee for
two years and the tester keeps it when the test ends or they leave; DNS
is managed with a token scoped to that one zone only.
D2 - the closed test runs with at most 5 households.
Terms 1.1 adds section 4 (the domain) with the D1 text; old sections 4-11 are
renumbered 5-12 and nothing else changed. Section 11 promises the testers an
e-mail before a change, so one is drafted for the operator to send.
Registered in site_gates.py TWINS/URL and listed in sitemap.xml.

Website
- Two cards in the Otthon & Eletmod / Home & Lifestyle section of BOTH apps
pages, with assets: grocy-logo.svg is grocy's own icon with its single fill
made white like the other logos, lubelogger-logo.png is the app's own icon
with its dark background dropped and the mark made white (the rule
SparkyFitness's PNG follows), and six screenshots of each app's own UI with a
household's own data, taken headless on the bench from the published template.
- The app count moved 56 -> 58 in 15 places per language set, both languages,
and the open-source tile 49 -> 51. Checked by asking the same patterns for the
new number afterwards. marketing/facebook/COPY.md still says 56 and is NOT
changed: the post it carries is already scheduled.
Evidence
- documentation/audits/new-apps-2026-10-10/ — FIT.md (checklist group 0 for all
three, with the Hungarian-UI column), the bench and box transcripts, the
memory samples, the screenshots and the gate runs.
Register: 137 -> 139 rows, 2 opened, 0 closed.
- R-926 after a remove-keeping-backups and restore, nobody has checked what the
app page shows for an after_install app's generated password. Measured here:
LubeLogger is safe (its login is derived from the environment at every start,
the new password signs in, the data is back); grocy's install password still
signs in from the restored database but the deployed environment no longer
carries ADMIN_PASSWORD at all. Seven apps are in the class.
- R-927 Monica, stopped at checklist 0.2 with the measurements, waiting on the
operator.
Gate scripts: the same console trap in nineteen of them and in repo_gates.py
itself, where it ABORTED THE WHOLE RUNNER at the first gate — printing a
non-ASCII character on this workstation's cp1250 console raised
UnicodeEncodeError before the gate had decided anything, and reuse_refs_check.py
died while printing a NOTE. All now reconfigure their own streams. Red-proof
that the remaining script-test failures are not mine: test_due_checks_gate.py
fails the same 5 of 42 with the change reverted.
Mealie, Homebox, Dawarich, Komga, Radicale, Recipe Importer (SVG) and SparkyFitness (PNG) are white now
(operator request), checked rendered in headless Chrome. crafty/grampsweb/homeassistant/plantit/uptimekuma
-> crafty-controller/gramps-web/home-assistant/plant-it/uptime-kuma, so the dashboard finds them (it asks
for <slug>-logo.*); both apps pages updated. R-912 filed (no gate checks this). Register 134 -> 135.

THE IMAGE IS NOT BUILT AND NOT PUBLISHED BY THIS COMMIT. Publishing to
iso.felhom.eu is public and irreversible and its runbook requires a proof
install on BOTH menu entries plus the 16-criterion gate run against the exact
uploaded bytes. That is the operator's step. The download pages therefore still
name 1.28.0 - the image that is actually published - and a new site gate
refuses the two pages naming different files or hashes.
Three texts a person meets before any dashboard become bilingual: Hungarian
block first, byte for byte as before, then English, inside the same frame. The
pairing banner, the bound banner, /etc/issue (and the postinst's byte-coupled
copy), plus an English half on the GRUB entries.
The Hungarian is a GOLDEN, not a grep: test/golden/*.hu.txt were captured from
the script at 183727db9c before one English line existed, and the harness
asserts each banner's first N lines are exactly the golden. Red-proofed by one
changed byte, by an "a" planted in the English block, and by an over-wide line.
R-586, found on the way in: running the harness UNCHANGED at the base commit
failed two R-496 checks. The script paints with `>`, which truncates a FILE but
is a no-op on a console device; ISO 1.28.0's new bound banner (c033b3b) paints
straight after the pairing one and wiped it before the check read it. c033b3b
did not touch the harness, and nobody saw it because the harness is in no gate
and no CI run. Fixed with a FIFO; production code untouched. The harness being
ungated is still open.
The release gate's G16 required every Felhom string to be Hungarian and would
have STOPPED this publication. Operator ruling 1b of 2026-09-17 supersedes that
scope, so G16 is rewritten rather than waived: Hungarian FIRST, pinned by the
golden, each secret named once per language.
letoltes.html changes by four lines only. The English link is not in the nav -
the nav is a shared block site_gates.py pins across every page, and the gate
convicted the first attempt.

R-38 flips to SHIPPED with the live-canary evidence. Two new items registered
from tonight's work: R-45 (unified async-job feedback — five one-off progress
surfaces now exist and agree on nothing; the two lessons any framework must
encode are "probe the terminal state, never infer it" and "a source reporting
nothing is normal, not broken") and R-46 (verification copies are now visible
but still cannot be browsed and never expire — the invisible-result gap and the
disk-lifecycle gap, designed together because they are the same object).
Pre-invite checklist gains the golden note: build-golden v2.1.0 makes goldens
>= 0.147.x carry all four infra images; no rebuild for this alone.
REPORT-<topic>.md per the parallel-session rule — another session is writing in
this clone tonight, so the shared REPORT.md is left alone.

Audience shift: a Facebook post recruiting volunteer testers is about to send real
Hungarian households (mostly on phones) to a site that until now had zero stakes.
Every claim re-checked against documentation/architecture/00-capability-map.md.
- Naming ruling: "Felhő Felügyelő" removed site-wide (14 occurrences, now 0). The
brand is Felhom; the interface is the vezérlőpult.
- index.html: new "Mit tud a doboz ma?" (8 map-traceable cards, incl. Hálózati
megosztás and the customer-only recovery code) + new "Zárt teszt" section with
stated limitations (one shared household password; TV-re streamelés hamarosan).
CTA reuses the existing live contact-mailer via /kapcsolat?tema=zart-teszt.
- og:image was a site-wide 404 (pages pointed at a .png that never existed) —
generated a branded 1200x630 card + width/height/alt. Load-bearing for the post.
- App count 45+ -> 53 (real catalog count).
- Cut unbacked claims: the Kubernetes/k3s section + multi-node tier, Tailscale ->
WireGuard, the RAID card -> honest two-tier backup, gyik multi-user answer
(both JSON-LD and visible copies), and the "azonnal értesítést kapsz" overclaim.
site_gates.py green. Mobile measured at 380px: scrollWidth == clientWidth == 365.
