gates: re-anchor the ascii-hungarian-text decoy on the renamed link label

Its anchor was "Who is behind it" in en/index.html, which became "More about me" when
the home line went first person. The suite refused to build the decoy rather than skip
it, which is the behaviour that makes an anchor change visible.
