# REPORT — controller v0.308.0: the operator's answers S1, S9, S10, S11, S12, S27, S28, S32 (2026-10-12)

Operator rulings 2026-10-12 (`felhom.eu` `09` §3 decisions 196–233). Implemented by a helper session under the
|
||
brief's full fences; reviewed, pushed, built and delivered by the lead session. Two commits: `fd28d70` (the batch) and
|
||
`faef8f8` (R-554, kept separate until the operator approved its Hungarian — approved in chat 2026-10-12).
