v0.320.0: the FileBrowser login line under the folder list — readable link, spaced from the list

Seen in the headless-browser check on demo-hp (rc.1): the link kept the browser's default dark blue on
the navy panel. It takes app-info-link (--blue-bright) and sits .75rem under the list.
