+- R-585 (rest): the remote-backup check's two events (passed / found an error) and the alert for an app-data operation a controller restart cut short now follow the household's language. The check's Hungarian is byte-identical; the cut-short alert used to send the operator's English sentence even to a Hungarian household and now has a Hungarian sentence (its English is unchanged). local_api_endpoint_drift is operator-only and English by design - unchanged. NotifyBackupFailed (no caller left) removed. Strings (hu + en): `event.backup_integrity_failed, event.backup_integrity_ok, event.backup_integrity_ok_subset (hu = base literals); NEW: event.appstop.{failed,failed_held,held,restarted,restarted_held}, appstop.reason.{volume_dump,offbox_reconstitute,app_export}`.
