Bench (harness v3): seed read back; memory watch under real load
(10 538 requests, all 200) — app memory 24.9 %, cgroup peak 43.3 %,
0 kills; abort starts-and-serves. (Its first bench watch had no real
load — every request errored — and was re-run; kept as evidence.)
Box (9202, guarded Update): done, seed read back, R-626 clean.
