Your Felhom server was reinstalled, so the sign-in to your dashboard has to be
set up again. Your earlier password is no longer valid.

The code is valid for 72 hours and can be used once. Open your dashboard — the
"Set up the server" page will greet you — enter the code, then choose a new
password:
