- 11 apps get a sign-up block (measured open before, refused after); 11 more refuse a stranger by themselves.
- wanderer not gated (R-714); plant-it not installable; seerr/outline/rallly's opening not provable on 9202.
- claper: the password reaches its Elixir code base64-encoded (R-713), proven live with `"` and `#{`.
- Gates: pre-push catalog gates; copy freeze recaptured (diff = the 11 new sentences).
