django-allauth 0.63.3 — leftmost XFF for its per-IP login limits. Once traefik trusts the tunnel's fixed address (controller v0.286.0), the leftmost entry is what a
stranger writes; with the chain removed the app reads traefik's X-Real-Ip or its peer, as before — never forgeable.
Measured on 9202: a router with this middleware receives no X-Forwarded-For (felhom.eu audits/visitors-2026-10-01/A/P1).

Written by upgrade-test.py --write-ladder: bench (harness v4) healthy in 217 s, the world-data file present and reused ("Latest data already imported"), 6 migration lines, seed read back, memory watch anon peak 73.0 %, 0 restarts; box 9202 through the guarded Update in 204 s with the product's default 5-min wait (a first try under the drill's 90 s wait was UNDONE correctly). Same commit: (1) the frontend healthcheck override is dropped — v0.13.0 brings its own (node at /usr/bin/node); (2) a world-data file that does not parse to its end is renamed aside before start so download-countries fetches it again — with an import pending, the image's own start crash-looped 10 times on IncompleteJSONError, with the step it was set aside, downloaded and healthy. Evidence felhom.eu/documentation/audits/version-travel-2026-09-26/C/.

No Hungarian byte moved; no image, pin, catalog_since or compose line changed.
The blocks are GENERATED from a flat {path: english} map rather than hand-written:
fifty nested blocks whose keys must match the Hungarian exactly is fifty chances to
mistype an env_var, and a mistyped key is INERT on the box rather than an error, so
nobody would learn. The generator builds from the same flat paths the freeze uses,
derived from the Hungarian file itself, so an invented key cannot be written.
One string is deliberately untranslated: papra's AUTH_SECRET description is a
Hungarian DEFECT (it describes a session-signing key as "the app's subdomain").
Translating it faithfully would ship the error in a second language; changing the
Hungarian is forbidden in a localisation release. It falls back, papra stands at
13/14, and the ceiling's floor is 1 until R-593 is fixed — stated in the ceiling's
own comment so a later batch does not "fix" it by editing Hungarian.

Backfilled from this repo's own git history (newest commit whose image: set differs
from its parent's), excluding the two bentopdf SPIKE commits by hash — they moved a
pin and reverted it in the same hour and are a measurement, not a release.
Four anchors confirmed (nextcloud 5e2c1ae, grafana b789acc, calcom 147cee7,
vikunja 3fa63cd, all 2026-07-18); six apps re-checked against git log by hand.
Consumed by felhom-controller v0.233.0 to render 'Frissitesi elerheto - N napja'.
No version number is ever shown to the customer, so there is no version: key.
Rule added to CLAUDE.md; the missing drift gate is filed as a register row (the
gates runner fetches at --depth 1 and has no parent to diff an image: line against).
The frontend healthcheck ran 'wget --spider', but the image is distroless: no
shell, no wget, no curl, and node itself is only reachable at an absolute path
(/nodejs/bin/node, off PATH). The probe therefore ENOENT'd on every run, the
container stayed permanently unhealthy, and Traefik -- which will not route to
an unhealthy container -- returned 404 to the customer even though the app was
serving 200 on :3000 the whole time.
Replaced with the Node-exec family using the absolute interpreter path.
Live-verified on the demo box.
Campaign 7 catalog sweep.

SECRET_KEY ("Titkosítási kulcs") is a data-encrypting key — regenerating it on
restore would render stored data unreadable. data_key:true makes the controller
recover it from the guest's own app.yaml (live/PBS) and fail closed if it can't,
rather than ever regenerating. Pairs with controller v0.53.0.

Each app template now declares a healthcheck: section in .felhom.yml
with appropriate probe type (http, api, or tcp) and endpoint based on
the app's known health endpoints. The controller uses these to verify
services are actually responding, not just that containers are running.

Backend: wget missing from image, use python urllib instead.
Frontend: localhost resolves to IPv6, use 127.0.0.1.
Backend: add SECRET_KEY env var (v0.11.0 reads it directly).

All 51 docker-compose.yml: replaced hardcoded subdomain.${DOMAIN}
with ${SUBDOMAIN}.${DOMAIN} in Traefik labels, app env vars, and
comments.
All 51 .felhom.yml: added SUBDOMAIN deploy field (type: subdomain)
with default matching existing subdomain metadata value.
Works with felhom-controller v0.27.0 which validates and stores the
user-chosen subdomain in app.yaml. Existing deployed apps get
SUBDOMAIN auto-injected via InjectMissingFields() on next sync.
